Dollhouse

Eliza Dushku (”Tru Calling”, stole the movie from Kirsten Dunst in “Bring It On”) is back on Primetime with a hit show from Joss Whedon (”Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, “Firefly”). Dollhouse has a great premise which will give this show fantastic content to draw from year after year.

First off, you have an underground and illegal organization which Dushku is a member of (an “Active”). What does this organization do? Well, they wipe clean personalities and imprint the Actives with new personas that are best suited to carry out the different engagements. But I bet you guessed that already.

The engagements can be romantic, criminal, uplifting or comical. They even throw in a good deed now and then…isn’t that nice. After the engagement is completed, the underground organization wipes away the Actives memory and prepares for the next engagement. Wipe, carry out mission and repeat. Now we’re talking.
